About AidenTeach
AidenTeach is an educational technology platform designed to support educators, schools, education teams, administrators, and related users with teaching, planning, learning, productivity, reporting, and AI-assisted educational tools.
AidenTeach is intended to assist users, but it does not replace professional judgment, school policies, teacher responsibility, curriculum requirements, or administrative review.
User Accounts
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.
Users agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to keep that information updated.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.
AidenTeach is not responsible for losses or issues caused by a user sharing login credentials, using weak passwords, failing to secure their device, or allowing unauthorized access to their account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, you should contact AidenTeach support immediately.
Platform Access
AidenTeach may offer free features, paid features, trial access, subscription plans, school accounts, organization accounts, or custom access arrangements.
Access to certain features may depend on the user’s subscription plan, role, permissions, account type, or payment status.
AidenTeach may update, modify, improve, suspend, or remove features from time to time as part of normal platform development and maintenance.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features, subscriptions, renewals, and billing are subject to the pricing and terms shown at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for the applicable billing period.
By subscribing, the user authorizes the applicable payment processor, bank, or payment gateway to process payment for the selected subscription plan and any renewal charges, unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal date.
Access to paid services may be suspended, restricted, or removed if payment is declined, reversed, charged back, cancelled, unpaid, or otherwise not successfully completed.
Refunds and Cancellations
Subscription payments are non-refundable once access to the paid subscription has been activated, except where AidenTeach determines that a billing error, duplicate charge, or other exceptional issue requires correction.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
When a subscription is cancelled, the cancellation stops future automatic renewals. The user will continue to have access to the paid subscription features until the end of the current billing period. After the renewal date, the subscription will not renew and the user will not be charged again.
Cancellation does not create a refund for the current billing period.
AidenTeach does not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused time within a subscription period.
Users should review the Refund and Cancellation Policy for additional details.
Payment and Card Information
AidenTeach does not store users’ full credit card or debit card information on the AidenTeach platform.
Card payments are processed through an authorized bank or secure third-party payment gateway. AidenTeach does not have access to users’ full card numbers, CVV/security codes, banking passwords, or private card authentication details.
AidenTeach may receive limited payment-related information from the payment provider, such as payment status, transaction confirmation, subscription status, payment reference number, renewal status, card brand, or the last four digits of a card where provided by the payment gateway.
Because AidenTeach does not store full card details, AidenTeach cannot view, retrieve, or manually use a customer’s private card information.
